Nightcap bought a new venue (and it’s a big one), the i360 in Brighton!

With recruitment at the top of the to-do list, here’s how we supported Nightcap’s talent team to hire staff at speed, save on spend and invest in long term ROI!

Upon the release, the next step was recruitment. Starting with Talent Funnel setting up a dedicated venue page, powered by SEO on the Nightcap careers site. 

Within a day the page ranked as top result via search engines (Google), and was being put in front of candidates searching for “i360 jobs”, “Brighton jobs” etc. Generating direct (organic) click throughs to the page, candidates then converted into applications. 30% of applications for the i360 jobs have come from direct traffic via the venue page.

In just 3 weeks, Nightcap has already hosted a recruitment event for the i360 which had a fantastic attendance rate of 96%. They offered and hired 18 new hosts within 3 days, at very minimal cost. They utilised the Interview Scheduler functionality via Talent Funnel, enabling them to quickly create, invite and process candidates.

What is more, the 18 hires were all candidates from direct applications (e.g. the venue page).
