July 2024 Product Update
July has brought some updates to Talent Funnel’s ATS, which we’re excited to roll out.
AI candidate search
Searching for candidates is now easier with the introduction of AI search in the ATS.
We’ve given ATS users the ability to search for your candidates using natural language.
Q: What is natural language?
A: Search queries in ways that are free from tech jargon and are more in-line with what you are thinking – or you would request in a typical conversion. Searches like “show me all the candidates from the last week that are yet to be actioned” or “show me overdue users” are now possible.
With AI search, you can also…
- Save frequent search terms
- Share search results – letting you easily collaborate with colleagues
- Use complex or basic search queries to get deeper insights
- Find candidates quicker with suggestions as you type
AI search has been released in beta as we continue to make the feature more advanced.
Candidate slider
We’ve also updated and refreshed the candidate slider with a new look, designed to make actioning candidates easier to navigate.
People HR integration
Talent Funnel is now integrated with People HR, creating a time saving and friction-free experience for both ATS users and candidates jumping from candidate attraction and onboarding, through to welcoming new hires to payroll and HR.
